Coach Gbenga Ogunbote has confirmed his resignation from the Akure based Sunshine stars FC after less than a year at the club ending his second stint with the club on a radar unimpressive note with the club currently languishing in the relegation zone 18th on the league table.
Ogunbote speaking in a chat with brila.net revealed that his resignation had become imperative and imminent with a number of teething basic problems at the club impeding what would have made the club perform well.
He added that this has been on before now and that he couldn’t continue with the team again hence the need for his resignation.
