Captain of Nigeria’s Premier League champion and CAF champions league campaigner Plateau united Elijah Golbe has stated that the lockdown order on contact sports lasted for too long and believes the lifting of the restriction order should have been pronounced at least a month ago.
Golbe speaking in a chat with brila.net lamented what the lockdown has caused the team and other continental representatives in preparation time as teams have been unable to prepare adequately beyond light training with time for continental engagements fast approaching.
