Coach of NPFL side Rivers united Stanley Eguma has stated that continental bound NPFL sides are facing a race against time ahead of the commencement of hostilities in CAF club competitions stressing that the non-lifting of the ban to allow teams engage themselves will hunt Nigerian clubs.
Eguma speaking in a chat with www.playplay.ng confirmed preparation been underway with his side but that they are limited already in the quality of how far they can go with their preparation.
He added that the CAF calendar will not operate with the Nigerian law and most NPFL clubs will be hindered eventually competing with teams from other parts of Africa.
