Nigeria’s national team goalkeeper coach Alloy Agu has urged Nigerian goalkeepers in the Nigerian league to continue to train very well ahead of the resumption of the Nigerian domestic league stressing that goalkeepers in the league are very well equally open to national team opportunities.
Agu speaking in a chat with brila.net ahead of Nigeria’s AFCON double legged qualifiers next week against Sierra Leone in Benin said the only reason why players in the domestic league couldn’t have been considered was down to the lack of action in the league with no basis for such invitation although acknowledged Ezenwa’s experience for been on the standby list.
