Kano Pillars forward and home-based Super Eagles player Nyima Nwagwa has stated that the national team debut handed to Enyimba player Anayo Iwuala is a morale boost for himself and other players in the league after so many years of setting aside outfield players from the national team in competitive outings.
Nwagwa speaking in a chat with www.playplay.ng said the Iwuala debut he believes will create more opportunities for others and he is hopeful more players in the league in Nigeria get such a shot at the national team.
