Spanish giants Levante have completed the signing of Super Falcons winger Francisca Ordega.
Ordega who last played for Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua signed a two-and-half-year deal with the Spanish Iberdrola side.
“The Levente UD Femino and Francesca Ordega reach an agreement for their incorporation into the granola set.”
“The forward will wear Blaugrana for the remainder of the season and two more,” the club said in a short statement on their social media handle, Wednesday afternoon.
The African Women’s championship winner becomes the second Nigerian at the club after Andrea Okene and ninth Nigerian in the Spanish women’s top-flight division.
Before joining Levante, Ordega has played for Bayelsa Queens, Rivers Angels, Rossiyanka, Piteå IF, Washington Spirit, Sydney FC (loan), and Athletico Madrid.
