Former President of the Nigeria Cricket Federation Professor Adams Yaya Ukwenya has congratulated the newly elected board of the Nigeria Cricket Federation which will be headed by his former Vice Dr. Uyi Apata as new President of the Federation.
Ukwenya speaking in a chat with brila.net said he has decided to call it quits with Cricket after serving back to back terms as President and also withdraw his directorship of the Africa Cricket Confederation out of the need to return and devote time effectively to his professional calling as a Surgeon and the need to commit more to raise more Surgeons in Nigeria.
