Sunshine stars boss Deji Ayeni has stated that no team in the league is invincible after his side’s 3-0 win over Kano Pillars to record a first league win of the season after failing to score in their opening three games of the season with a game as a pending case in hand.
Ayeni speaking in a chat with www.playplay.ng said the win has confirmed his confidence in the ability of his players and the calmness with which he has operated with the team on the opening stages of the league even when the tea weren’t scoring.
He said he believes this result against Kano Pillars will be the start of the team’s resurgence in the league.
