Netherlands legend Clarence Seedorf has claimed that former Nigerian internationals,Kanu Nwankwo and Finidi George used to visit him at home to eat African food.
Seedorf was teammates with Finidi and Kanu at Ajax where the trio won the Champions League title in 1995.

Speaking at the Heineken Champions League Trophy Tour last week in Lagos Seedorf, a four-time Champions League winner said:”Kanu and Finidi were always coming to my house in Amsterdam to eat African dishes.
“Kanu would say ‘give me rice.
“They would eat well because we take the same type of food,there is no difference.”
Seedorf holds the record as the only player to win the Champions League with three different clubs.
