Egyptian giants, FC Masar have officially unveiled Nigeria international Alice Ogebe as their newest signing, following her incredible goal-scoring form for Zamalek SC.

The former Rivers Angels and Edo Queens forward netted a remarkable 18 goals in 14 games for Zamalek, attracting the attention of the reigning Egyptian champions.

FC Masar announced her arrival with a video on their social media platforms, showcasing Ogebe as she stepped onto their stadium, ready for action.

The Nigerian star will wear the club’s iconic No. 9 jersey, previously worn by Burundian striker Sandrine Niyonkuru.

Ogebe Journey: From Nigeria to Egypt’s Best Club

Ogebe, who was part of Nigeria’s 2018 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON)-winning squad, brings vast international experience.

She has played in Spain, Poland, and Turkey, in addition to her successful stints in Nigeria and Egypt.

FC Masar, who finished third at the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League, are looking to strengthen their squad for another continental push.

Their bronze medal finish came at the expense of Nigerian champions Edo Queens, who finished fourth.
